It is fabulously situated, in a central location, with walking distance to downtown Fairbanks. Shopping, restaurants, the river walk, museums and more are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive. The apartment has a fenced in front yard for the little ones to play in without worry of the traffic. The space 1000 Sq Ft apartment with a large smart TV & sound bar, with free Wi-Fi. We have a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room with washer and dryer. Master has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen, Bedroom 3 has a twin bunk bed set. The living room has 2 couches that fold down into beds. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the front and back yard. Other things to note The water here is heated by steam, so it should always be hot - please use cation and test water first before showering or washing dishes. This is a multiplex so you will need to abide by the quiet hours: 10PM - 8AM NO PARTIES
