Enjoy this remote workspace that overlooks the peaceful water and is humming with songbirds. The other two bedrooms are on the top floor. Both are connected with a newly renovated bath/shower. Each room has its own private view of the water and is high up in the trees so as to enjoy expansive views. Large, vaulted ceiling living room includes a 60-in smart tv (free Netflix and HULU included), a large sectional sofa, 2-person sleeper sofa, breakfast bar, and plenty of magazines and games to keep you and your family/friends entertained to your hearts content. Full kitchen also newly renovated, with all new appliances, utensils, pots and pans, drinkware, dishes, toaster, spices, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Laundry room with washer and dryer included. Guest access The entire home will be available for the guests with the exception of the attic and shed. Other things to note Please be aware that this home is raised and currently does not have elevator access. Guests will need to be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the first floor. Additionally, there is no fence between the water and the backyard, therefore children or pets should be supervised at ALL times when in the backyard. There are animals that live in these waters that could be dangerous so please take caution when staying. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighbor so please note that parties and loud get-togethers are not allowed on this property. We would like to keep this as a peaceful haven for everyone around.
