The house features three bedrooms and one bathroom, making it suitable for families or groups of up to seven guests. You'll feel right at home as you relax in the comfortable living room or cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located to KOP, Perkasie, the outlets, Lake Nockamixon State Park, Doylestown, Allentown and more! The space Imagine a girls trip or taking the kids to see their grandparents, and enjoy all that Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh and Lancaster county have to offer! Experience a local rooftop bar with great drinks and music, and then spending the next day kayaking at Lake Nockamixon. In the opposite direction you can head to Lancaster for all the homemade goodies and sightseeing. Finish the weekend off with a small local movie theater in Souderton and a nice Italian dinner. Don't feel like going out? That's okay too! Snuggle in for a movie, a game night, even do a puzzle together! The sun room is a perfect spot to curl up with a good book. The upstairs bedroom (bedroom 3) is a shorter room, with an approx height limit of 5’10”. All bedrooms have a fan & a place to hang/store clothes, and black out curtains. There are 3 steps leading up to our entry door. The backyard is not fenced in, but a picnic table, small fireplace and chairs are available.
