The open floor plan of this studio allows for up to 3 people to stay comfortably. Inside, is all you need to relax after a days adventure and head out early the next day. This includes your beds, flatscreen TV, internet, cable, couch, coffee maker, stocked kitchen utensils, etc... Outside your front window you will have a beautiful view of the ocean channel. Relax in our lounging chairs and prepare your fish to eat on the grill. Bring your buddies, save a ton of money, you won't regret it! This space is close to town and close to the harbor. You will be able to get anywhere you need to quickly from this location. You have an amazing view of the ocean channel including distant islands from your back deck. There are beds for 3 individual people and a comfy couch for a fourth if need be. This is the perfect place for a small group of friends to stay, saving your money for adventures that will take you out of the home. Please know this space is the downstairs to another rental above. There are quiet hours out of respect for all guests. Great year round, Kodiak local neighbors. Neighbors have clean beautiful houses that also face the ocean. The truck can accommodate up to 5 people and is great for zipping up and down the road system with your fishing gear safely packed in back.
