The Boiler Bungalow (entire house) is set in beautiful woods & offers a cozy getway, situated in a quiet neighborhood in West Lafayette. It is an 8 min drive to Mackey Arena, Ross Ade, Chauncey Hill Mall, & all things Purdue. An even shorter drive to many restaurants, bars, & shopping. The home has a spacious living area (smart TV), fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms (king beds & smart TVs), & 1.5 bathrooms. Work remotely w/high speed internet or relax outdoors on the back patio. The space The home has been newly updated and refreshed - all new paint, furniture, smart TVs, etc.! The kitchen is fully equipped for those that enjoy cooking. Each bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV. Prior to booking, please review the following house rules and ensure you are willing to follow them: no parties; no pets; quiet hours are 10pm-6am; max occupancy is 6 people; no parking on the street. These house rules are required by the county and will be enforced to ensure guests at the Boiler Bungalow do not disrupt the neighborhood. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Two notes on security and safety for the home: First, the house is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera on the outside of the home. It is posted at the front door. Second, the house is equipped with a noise measuring device. It does not record audio, just measures decibels. This is required by the county for our permit, with the intention of protecting our neighbors from excessive noise. It is located in the kitchen. Permit # TR-06
