The space The property is located in a gated community and they have very strict rules. If you would like to book with us at least you should book 3 days in advance. No late bookings if you don't wanna pay a fee. Otherwise, there will be a $ 250 late fee for last-minute registration; we take the last minute bookings however you will be responsible for paying the late registration fee to the community. Registration does not include pool pass. Pool pass need to be purchase separately. Per day per person $12 Guest access To enter the community you have to get a pass and provide information (car registration). After registration, you will get a pass to enter the community. If you would like to use the pool you should pay the fees and get a pass at the community center.
