Three level villa located in the Dorado del Mar residential area. It is near the ocean with direct access to the beach. It is a very quiet gated community. It has two pools, one of the pool for children. There is a gym and a children playground for the guests. The villa is a three level walkup apartment. There are three rooms, all with a private bathroom. There is an additional bathroom in the living room/dining room area. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living/dining area. Parking space for one car within the compound is provided. Although we live in nearby Guaynabo, we will be available by cell phone and on the internet all the time. The town of Dorado is a mix of small town and city. There are good restaurants in the area but also typical PR fritters near the public beach. You can buy fresh fish daily from local fishermen at the fishermen's village. The property is next to the Embassy Suites. You can walk along Sardinera Beach and the Rockefeller nature trail in the rear of Dorado Hyatt Hotel.
