Other things to note We extend a heartfelt welcome to Kennett House, a place that you may have known as a bed & breakfast in the past. For over 16 years, this charming establishment was lovingly owned and operated by my mother, Gilja Kusano. She poured her heart and soul into creating a warm and inviting experience for all who crossed the threshold. Sadly, after a brave and courageous battle against colon cancer, she passed away in May of 2023. In light of this profound loss, we have made the decision to transition from the traditional bed & breakfast model to an Airbnb. However, please rest assured that our commitment to providing a warm and welcoming experience to guests remains unwavering. We want to share the charm and tranquility of Kennett House with visitors like you, and you can find us on Airbnb using the same name. While I cannot replicate my mother's extraordinary presence or offer the breakfast service as before, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to honoring her legacy by keeping the doors of Kennett House open to guests in a way that I can manage.
