The CBD, South Bank and West End and all they offer are on your doorstep, but you'll feel a world away in this peaceful, stylish apartment that sprawls high across a massive 122sq metres. A full third bigger than other 2 bed, 2 bath apartments, this is perfectly oriented to the northeast, and is surrounded on three sides by windows and no neighbours. Private, plush, well equipped, the apartment features a large kitchen, entertaining balcony and 2 Queen size bedrooms with Koala brand beds. The space Occupying a prime "peninsula" position in a quiet boutique complex, this spacious apartment features no common walls and glass on three sides. Beautifully private, the apartment spreads over 120 square metres giving you ample room to move; is oriented perfectly to the northeast; and features a large balcony with wraparound views of the city, the river, and mountains. A big dining table seats six. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and its own adjoining bathroom, stocked with high quality soaps, hand wash, shampoos and conditioners. (For long staying guests, the sleeping configuration is flexible). The master bedroom has a smart TV and big walk in wardrobe, the second bedroom a study desk. Both bedrooms feature city views. Multiple supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, transport options and parks are all within 5-6 minutes' walk. A 15 minute walk gets you to South Bank and Brisbane's main cultural attractions, and a further 5 minute stroll takes you straight into the heart of the CBD. The complex features a 15 metre lap pool, small gym, and barbeques. Included is a secure underground carpark and ample secure visitor parking. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourselves, and access to common areas in the complex including the pool, barbeque area, grounds, and gym. Other things to note The area is brilliant for walking - the riverfront walking paths and bike paths are across the road, and the beautiful streets of West End are easily accessible. The complex is small and quiet - please be considerate with your neighbours and control noise levels. My favourite cafe is 200 metres away - The Coffee Roaster. Please take off shoes (especially stillettos!) inside. For long stays, the second bedroom can be configured for 2 single beds - please discuss with me in a message. A pet may be welcome for long stay guests and I'm happy to provide some items your pet may need. This is a case by case basis and a fee is per pet, with an additional fee for cleaning and steaming to ensure the place is allergen free for the next guests.
