The downstairs features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a contemporary kitchen, dining table for 6 and built-in sofas that also serve as twin beds for extra guests. Guests can access the second story rear deck, but the owner’s studio above is not included in the rental. Guests will enjoy the many modern amenities the house offers. Full-time solar power keeps everything running. Starlink internet has speeds fast enough for streaming and Zoom. The family room has a 55" TV for streaming and movies. The front area features a sunken BBQ area and bar with seating for up to 8 people, as well as a built-in corner lounge area. The large outdoor area has crushed shell and includes a large back area for kids to play. Guests will also have access to a hot outdoor shower and bathroom attached to the garage (toilet, sink and hot indoor shower). Each entrance features a foot wash to keep the sand out.
