You are booking a Cozy, Modern, and SPACIOUS Basement Apartment with a Private Entrance, Exclusive Laundry Room, and a large open-concept Guest Suite! Located in one of Wheaton’s most charming neighborhoods – it’s less than a mile from Wheaton College and the Metra train station, and 1.5 miles from Wheaton’s delightful downtown. Host occupies the separate first floor. The space • 1 Large Bedroom with a Queen Bed AND two Twin Beds (bunked), walk-in closet, floor length mirror, TV with Roku, extra bedding, blankets, and a sound machine. • Sizable living area is open-concept including a TV space with comfortable seating, cable tv/Roku, and reading material. • Kitchen stocked with supplies, full-sized fridge, beverage cooler, coffee station, dishwasher, microwave, air-fryer toaster oven, 2 electric two-burner hot plates, and pantry. • Beautiful Dining area, desk with office supplies, wifi booster, a reading nook, and a stocked “kids corner” by request. • The bathroom has a standing shower, soap/shampoo/conditioner, and towels are provided. Detergent and dryer sheets are also available in the laundry room. • There is a walkway to the back patio which is available upon special request. The beautifully landscaped backyard patio features a gas grill, firepit with chairs (wood not included), string lights, and an outside dining area. There is a small extra fee for renting this space. Guest access Guests will be granted access through the garage Key Pad. Your unique key code will be emailed/texted to you prior to your arrival date. Walk straight through the garage into the entrance hall, past your own laundry room, and into the basement suite. Garage is separated by a divider curtain. We will only access garage from our side and we will never enter your space! Ask me any questions you may have! Other things to note • The host occupies the first floor. We are a family of 5, and only the bedroom wing of our home is above the rental unit. We are very conscientious of noise and have done many things to prevent disturbances, however occasional foot-traffic, children laughing, and plumbing can be heard. • You will have 2 parking spaces, one in the garage and one outside if desired. We share a general parking area, so feel free to say hello if you see us outside! We are Wheaton College Alumni, and would love to hear from you if you are here visiting the college! • We are also professional Sourdough Bread Bakers. We sell our bread weekly to our local community, and you will receive a FREE fresh loaf upon arrival, unless you decline of course!
