Amazing views nestled within walking distance from restaurants, shopping, The Strand and the Fox, you will not find a better location in Downtown Hays!! The loft boasts a 120" projection tv, induction stove, 14' ceilings, steam shower, and quartz countertops! The beds are comfortable and with 1875 sq ft you have plenty of room to stretch!! The space The master bedroom offers generous space and features a double door entry, tv, master bed, walk in closet and a dresser. The master bathroom boasts a high end steam shower complete with music and lights, a double vanity with anti fog mirrors that are back lit, and you will find a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use! The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, tv, and a great view of downtown Main St! We also offer a custom made queen size murphy bed equipped with a nice mattress and quick charging pads for your cell phones to charge! There are 4 ceiling fans, 1 in each bedroom, 1 in the living room and 1 above the murphy bed. The entire space was torn down to the brick wall and re-built in 2022 with no expense spared! Guest access The entry way is on the main floor and you will travel up the stairs to the loft entrance. Other things to note With a King in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom and a queen murphy bed you can comfortably sleep up to 6 people and have plenty of room to spend time together! Early check-in time of 1pm may be available upon request for an additional $40 fee. Late check-out of 1pm may be available upon request for an additional $40 fee.
