Comfy, Cozy and clean trailer parked next to my home in a QUITE neighborhood. Our trailer provides all the amenities of a home in a smaller package (a/c, WiFi, TV with fire stick, fully furnished). Tv includes basic and cable channels as well as free Amazon prime content. You may login to any other accounts you may have from the fire stick. All linens washed in free and clear detergent with no artificial plugs ins or scents. The space Our goal is to provide a clean and relaxing environment for our guests. We can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. The bed is a full size and the couch pulls out to a small bed. We would not recommend an adult sleeping on the pull out as such we cannot accommodate bookings for 3 adults. Guest access Guests only have access to the trailer and backyard area. No access to the pool or deck attached to the house. Other things to note There are about four large steps to access the trailer at the current moment. Entry and exit is not handicap accessible and might be difficult if steps are a problem for you. Although the trailer does not have laundry, laundry service can be worked out for us to do for a small fee or free depending on length of stay and how much laundry is requested. Please inquire if this is something you would be interested in. As this is a trailer we request you do not flush anything other than pee or poop. A garbage with lid will be provided for toilet paper. If toilet paper is flushed this will mess up our system and the toilet WILL NOT WORK and you will be charged for lost revenue and our cost fixing the tank and hauling the trailer if needed. The garbage can be changed as necessary by you during your stay. The trailer has not been child proofed. The tv is not mounted to a wall and can be knocked over in its current position by a young child. I can provide a pack n play, baby utensils, outlet covers, baby books and toys. It is your responsibility to baby proof the trailer upon arrival and take care to supervisor your children around the tv and the stairs to the trailer if you chose to stay here. Children count as a guest. Upon booking I require a picture of the government ID of the person booking sent through Airbnb chat and the full names of all guests on the reservation. $15 extra charge per guest per night- please be sure to include the appropriate number of guests. This is to cover the costs of extra propane and extra changing of the toilet tank. If you wish to do any type of video recording for commercial use please message me before hand to tell me the nature of your project and amount of people that will be on site and the amount of hours needed.
