The upper level master bedroom has a fireplace and for the guests' convenience has a king size bed and it has a beautiful view of the lake. The second bedroom on the upper level is a junior bedroom with twin size bunk beds, a trundle and a table made out of an airplane wing. A full kitchen with a bar opens to a spacious, open concept dining and living area with a 50” HDTV and extremely comfortable power sofa and power loveseat. The lower level, where the walls and the floors are painted by a local artist, can be accessed either from the upper level via a spiral staircase or from the separate entrance on the side of the house. This level has two master bedrooms with a/cs as well, each with a king size bed as well and overlooks the lake and the mountain. There is a full kitchen which leads to spacious dining and living areas with a 50” HDTV, a bar and a fireplace. A screened sunroom on the lower level opens directly to the pool deck where guests can find recliners, a picnic table and a gas grill to enjoy barbecue, swim or just chill out. A hammock in the large backyard overlooking the lake adds to the family and friends enjoyment of summer evenings. A washer and a dryer are conveniently located at the lower level. Linens, pillows, blankets and pool towels are provided for your use. You can bring your own boat or rent a kayak, a canoe or a paddle board from the kayak store located a couple miles from the house. The store can deliver them and put them right in the lake.
