I love the proximity to the beach In this upscale neighborhood (2 blocks ),one house to the river and dolphins !!. 2 bikes in the garage will take you to great restaurants,, live music , bike paths , children’s park. This home is in a very uncongested neighborhood,, very easy to have lots of fun with no crowds ! Large fenced in yard very private spacious home The space Very private ,, great neighborhood. Each room is super spacious. 65 in tv in family room 2 of 3 bedrooms have TVs. 2 bikes ,, beach chairs and towels in garage Market 2 minute drive Cape Canaveral is a must see Sebastian Inlet is wonderful Lots of shopping and restaurants within a 10 minute drive Guest access All Other things to note Not a party neighborhood at all .
