Conveniently located, very close to the airport and downtown Hailey. Less than 20min away from Sun Valley ski resort. It is an ideal base camp for your outdoor adventure in Sun Valley/Sawtooth area. The unit has two stories and a small patio on the back. The minimum stay is 2 nights but if you can stay 3 nights or longer, you will start getting discount. The space It is conveniently located, two story townhouse in Hailey, ID. It has two bedrooms (on the 2nd fl) with a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Back patio is a nice hang out in summer. A washer and dryer are in the unit. We also have a coffee maker (drip coffee maker works but espresso maker does not work because some parts missing) and coffee bean grinder (electric). Although we are equipped to make coffee, we do not store coffee beans or ground coffee there (we are tea people, sorry) so if you are the person who has to have a cup of joe every day, you need to bring your own. Although we generally do not allow pets for guests, we do have a dog and take her with us when we use this property ourselves (just to caution if you have a dog allergy). Guest access You have access to all the rooms, and appliances in the unit. (no garage access). Condiments in the kitchen area are free to use but please refill if the supply gets low. Other things to note There are small children out and playing in our neighborhood sometimes so please be extra careful when you drive in and out to our parking lot area! Our TV (with Roku stick) is connected to the Internet and you can stream and watch movies (such as Netflix and Amazon Prime using your own account), YouTube, and other online contents, however we have no cable or satellite dish subscriptions. There is no free airwave TV broadcast available in the Wood River Valley either so there will be no regular ’channels’ you can watch on TV so that you know (Roku seems to have access to many channels thogh). A Blue-Ray disc player is also connected to the TV for your Blue-Ray disc or DVD watching needs. WiFi is available and extra HDMI cables are in the living room.
