A short drive to quaint downtown Russellville, Auburn, or Franklin KY each with plenty of shopping. The nearby Red River provides opportunities for kayaking, tubing or fishing. The space The cabin is situated on a working farm with chickens and cows within view of the front porch as well as fields of wheat, soybeans and corn. The main cabin has a living room area with a tv as well as a stove fireplace and plenty of places to sit and relax. The upstairs can be accessed from this room via a spiral staircase. This area is where the two side by side twin beds are located. In the addition is where the main bedroom with the queen sized bed and the twin daybed are located as well as a closet to store clothes. The addition is also where the bathroom, laundry and kitchen are located. This area is where sleeping will be the most comfortable since the better insulation makes it easier to maintain heat and cold during the more extreme temperature months. During these months we supply additional heating or cooling to the upstairs area to maintain a comfortable sleeping temperature. Other things to note Wildlife & Insects This is a rural cabin surrounded by forest. It is a native habitat for all manner of wildlife and insects. We conduct regular pest control and inspections, but can't guarantee you won't see an insect or two.
