This is a great place for fisherman, couples, and families that wants a cabin experience without having to drive 2-3 hours up north. The house sits on the Fox Creek canal. You will have access to 3 private boat docks that are located 60 feet behind the house. The canal provides you access to Lake St Clair and the Detroit River. The house has been totally remodeled and has a modern look and feel. The space There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom is in a loft configuration with a full-size bed. The couch downstairs can turn into a bed. There is 1 full bathroom on the second floor. There are seven boat docks on the property. You will have access to 3 boat docks. The other boat docks are reserved for my family's use. Parking is available on the premises - we have room for at least 2 vehicles and boat trailers. Guest access Guest is able to access the driveway to the home, the front yard of the home, backyard area behind the property, and access 3 boat docks directly behind the home. Guest is not allowed access to the 2 garages, boat houses and other 4 boat docks. Please note that the other 4 docks may be periodically used as a common area- For example, others may rent out our boat or docks. We would notify you if others are coming on-premise to rent our boat or docks. It would be within respectable time frames for privacy for our airbnb guests. Other things to note Kayaks are also available for $25 per day. We plan to have 3 brand new single person kayaks. Please reach out if you have an interest in renting them during your stay. Feel welcome to bring your own kayak/paddle board/floaties.
