This is a fully restored 1880 farmhouse five min. from Montague Retreat Center, 20 min. from Amherst and 25 min. to Northampton. Our house has modern amenities: radiant concrete floors, high end appliances/countertops, a steam shower and 7 ft, radiant heated copper bath tub. Lots of light, open spaces, cathedral ceilings and an outdoor playset for kids. The house is set on 3/4 of an acre with lots of beautiful gardens and is located near Montague Center, where there are restaurants and shops. The space Our house is a beautiful, restored farmhouse on three quarters of an acre in picturesque Montague, MA. The house has three bedrooms but a lot more sleeping space if guests want to sleep on a trundle, the full size futon in the loft or the sofa bed in the living room. We have had fairly large gatherings here. The house has a lot for kids: a fun loft to play in (attended by an adult) board games, an outdoor wooden play set, lots of toys to be lovingly used, as well as a pack n play crib, an extra baby sling carrier, and a booster seat. The steam shower, big tub (the tub only has a hand shower) and open concept space make it great for adults too. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Our house has three bedrooms but one of the rooms can sleep 5. It has two single beds, a trundle under one of the beds and a full futon in the loft. Note that we have portable ACs to use in shared spaces and two bedrooms. The master bedroom windows cannot accommodate an AC. We use fans in that room. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom has a single bed. The living room has a queen pull out sofa.
