The space This cottage was built in the 1860s when original settlements occurred in the area. The original owner was one of the first Wine makers in the area. Enjoy the unique location and easy access to the historic downtown of Hermann, MO. House Rules ( strictly enforced) 1.) This is a NON-SMOKING property. Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property, in the cottage, or on the decks. A violation of this will be an additional $500 damage cleaning fee, and an immediate cancellation of your reservation. 2.) This is a two person property, per the permit through the city of Hermann. There is no more than two people allowed at the cottage and on this property at all times. If additional guests show up, you and your guest will be asked to leave. 3.) No pets.
