The space Our place is a 2 story house the upper apartment can host up to 12 people and is located close to Puerto Nuevo and Los Tubos beaches, Puerto Nuevo beach is the only blue flag beach in Puerto Rico at the moment. The area boasts an active night life, the neighborhood is quiet safe and the neighbors are very friendly. Upstairs you can find a common porch and barbecue area. The house is fully equipped for everything you need for a great beach vacation. Guest access The unit is on the 2nd floor the 1st floor may be rented by other visitors both units are available for large groups. Other things to note There are 3 parking spaces on the property one for the downstairs unit and 2 for the upstairs unit. Other parking may be done at the road outside the gate.
