The space The house has been completely renovated, retaining most of the original elements, including the precious wooden floors in the public area and the rooms. The latter are connected by individual doors and include each a bathroom with hot and cold water and air conditioning. The furnishing is convenient and simple. The chairs in the public areas are Louis XV style, made of oak. The lightings in the hallway and outdoor area follow the traditional Cuban style, while the LED and halogen lamps in the rooms and the courtyard have a modern and practical design. The tap water comes from natural precipitation, which is gathered in a large cistern via a sophisticated piping system.
