Respect other people’s personal belongings 22. Clean up after yourself when you are done in the bathroom so the next guest has a clean bathroom to use. I provide disinfectant wipes for you to wipe down the toilet 🚽 seat and sink after use. Do NOT leave water 💦 on the floor. 23. Wipe down the kitchen area where you eat at so next guest has a clean place to eat 24. Guest that stay less than a week are NOT permitted to used the laundry 🧺, or stove. Other things to note There is absolutely NO unauthorized guest allowed to enter the home. This room is listed at a low rate for short term stays. Short term stays (1-4 days) are allowed to use the refrigerator to store their foods in and microwave to heat up their meals. There is an extra charge for laundry 🧺 Each load is $6. Laundry detergent is provided. An individuals that have a layover from the airport and need a night or two to stay. This room is convenient because it’s small and has a shower where they can bathe in return to the airport the next day. The room is as described. SUPER SMALL ROOM for anyone that might be confused. If you wish to stay longer your more than welcome to. The bathroom is shared among one another roommate. It is your responsibility to clean up after yourself using the shared areas (kitchen, bathroom) please check to see if you left any water behind on the floor so the other guest doesn’t slip and fall. No smoking 🚭 is allowed anywhere near the house including the porch or backyard. It’s a clean smelling home and we like to keep it that way.
