FULL BATHROOMS There are 3 full bathrooms, all with walk-in showers. They are connected to each of the 3 bedrooms. There is also a half-bath off the kitchen for ease of use while hanging out on the main floor. ROOFTOP DECK (4th floor) The 4th floor roof deck is totally private and secluded and has seating for 4-6. Finish your evening with a nice glass of wine or tea on the deck enjoying the NC air and listening to the city sounds of buzzing Charlotte nearby, all without seeing a soul. Kick your feet up and enjoy the outdoor space, including the newly installed fire pit. You deserve it! GARAGE We have a garage if you'd like to bring and park your own vehicle. 1-2 will fit in the space. Reach out if you need parking for large vehicles or more than 1-2 cars. Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the 4-level townhome. The entire house is all yours! That said, please be respectful of the neighbors and respect our quiet hours. Other things to note Quiet hours after 10pm and before 7am. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. GUEST VERIFICATION We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. We ask that each guest complete this identification process and purchase either a deposit or waiver. The $500 deposit comes with a $15 transaction fee and the waiver costs a flat $35 to purchase. These costs are nonrefundable while the $500 deposit is refundable and will be released within 7-14 days after the reservation ends. This process is meant to protect both us as hosts and also you as a guest should unexpected damage occur on the property. NOTE: There is a ring doorbell that records video and audio when there is motion at the front door. This is not actively monitored, but may be revisited if house rules are broken (for instance, no parties). In order to prevent parties and ensure that our guests are good neighbors, we also have noise (decibel) monitoring equipment installed.
