North Shore provides a scenic drive along the lake, and we're 6 minutes from the historic downtown Surf District. Our 1-story cottage has just 5 stairs leading up to the door. Three comfortable bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open living space await! The space Our property has 3 bedrooms: Master suite with queen bed & full bath, bedroom with full bed, & bedroom with two bunk beds. Each has a large closet. An additional full bath is located in the rear hallway. The main living area features an open space with kitchen/breakfast bar, dining, living room & laundry area. We offer a 50" smart TV to use with your personal subscriptions, and many games and books to enjoy. There is room for one car in the garage, and 3-4 cars in the driveway. The chairs on our cozy front raised patio offer the perfect space for looking out over Clear Lake. An additional side deck is furnished with a BBQ grill, tables, and chairs. Guest access Able to access all parts of space Other things to note Our minimum renter age is 25. The verified renter must be staying on the property. You cannot book the house on behalf of someone else. The house sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children, or a maximum of 10 persons. The upper bunk beds have a weight limit of 150 lbs.
