Bought this house for the purpose of renting out. Starting advertising on AirBnb but if somebody is looking for a more permanent spot, something could possibly be worked out. I am NOT a strict host. I am a long time AirBnb user and in my experience, the host that is the most accommodating per person, is the best. I'll make sure that my end of the bargain is held up and I am open to any input on how to improve for future guests. The neighborhood is open to you. Working on getting a firepit built. Other things to note Must be older than 25 to rent. Exceptions can be made with acceptance of an interview/ screening to determine your maturity.
