Bedroom 3 has twin beds. - Second bathroom is off the main hallway. - Laundry room has full size washer and dryer, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. - Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and in family room. - The house may not have all the child safety features you require, so please inquire about specific child-friendly needs if you are considering booking. - There is a Ring doorbell with camera at the front door, and a camera in the driveway. - A landscape crew is on the property once a week. The day varies. They access the back yard for a short time while they are there. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole house, including the garage.
