There are no homes behind us or to the East, so plenty of privacy. Mini splits for AC and heat in each bedroom, and 2 in the great room. Great room has 2 sliding glass doors to enhance your views of black mountain. Brand new private pool with negative edge and large baja step for lounging. Pool has seating on 3 sides. Guest access You will have full access to our home, and private backyard pool, and you will have full access to all of the resort amenities at Laguna Shores: spa, gym, restaurant, bar, kyaks, paddle boards, volleyball, corn hole, community pool with swim up bar, and heated small pool. Tons of trails to ride your side by sides! Other things to note Laguna Shores is a master planned gated community with 24/7 security. It has it's own desalination plant with their own water supply, so we are not dependent on city water. We have a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen with safe drinking water. We do have local hosts who can be onsite if you wish to have meals prepared in the home, or need anything at all, they will be your concierges.
