The River Affair Estate is next to the Riverton-Belvidere Bridge, offering premier views from the entire property both day and night. The bridge is a walking bridge to stroll over to historic Belvidere, NJ for breakfast, antiquing, shopping or catching a show at the local theatre house. Built in 1903, the current bridge replaced the original wooden covered bridge after it was destroyed by the Pumpkin Freshet Flood of 1902. We respect your privacy and do the best to give you that Other things to note Heather and Todd, your hosts, live on property so you may see us around. We give our guests privacy but can at times be in shared guest spaces. Our senior and very friendly English Bulldog rescue who sleeps most of the time also lives on the property. We ask that our guests be 21 years or older, and no pets allowed. We want you to enjoy the experience of the private access to the river but ask our guests to use lifejackets and caution at all times in the river.
