She is walking distance to the Thomas Edison National Historical Park and less than a 10 minute drive to Eagle Rock Reservation. If you are looking for a more busy urban feel, downtown Montclair is also less than 10 minutes away. NYC is a 35 min drive away. The space - Please make sure that your reservation reflects the exact number of people that will be staying at the property. - If your reservation is for 1-2 people, you will only have access to the Standard Queen Bedroom, unless otherwise requested. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all areas of the home, except for the basement and attic. Other things to note - There is free street parking, which is very available during the day. After 9pm, the ability to find parking exactly on my street will lessen. However, parking on neighboring side streets at any time of day should be no issue. - Early check-in and late checkouts are possible, but subject to availability and an additional fee. - There is a TV in each bedroom and a projector in the living room. - There is a doorbell camera and a backyard camera.
