Next to Guaynabo and the highway creating an opportunity of making everything a 10 to 15 min drive. The space After hurricane Maria ATTENTION PLEASE READ RULES! Sometimes the island looses power but I have flashlights, battery packs and a gas powered stove. Bright space great room to be your bedroom away from home! The room has a TWIN sized bed. I am grateful that you have chosen my place for your getaway, and I am making sure to do everything in my power within my health limits to make it as memorable as possible. Fully equipped kitchen with the following shared appliances: stove top, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, utensils, cookware, etc. BASIC breakfast is included with the following: oatmeal, milk, eggs, bread, cheese, ham. Sometimes snacks. a fully equipped bathroom with the following shared amenities: shampoo, gel body wash, conditioner, body scrub, lotion, a stand to place your toothbrushes, hot water. YOUR PERSONAL ROOM Contains the following: lamp, coasters (please use to not ruin table), nightstand, Wi-Fi, hangers, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets in room, mosquito room spray, mosquito body spray, aloe Vera, personal bathmat (please do not leave it in the bathroom). Guest access Access to common areas are: kitchen, sitting area, bathroom. You also have parking secured (no security guards, just cameras) During your stay I love to get to know my guests. It’s like traveling the world in the confort of my couch Other things to note Access to the building - I provide you with one master key to your aprt D and a key for your room. I check you in unless I have one of my health emergencies in which case I leave your keys in your lock box (with code) and send you video instructions to your personal phone num. Parking - Each rental unit includes one parking space. parking is provided in the driveway in front of the Aprt. side by side (picture will be sent on how to park on your personal num.) The driveway is not suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. If you have more than one car, you can park at the end of the block where there’s street parking available. Pets are allowed - be responsible with potty times. Noise - Please keep the music at a reasonable volume, if you can hear it from the shared balcony its too loud. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Towels -Please do out take the towels out of the aprt. or used for cleaning. please do not leave them on the floor you have hampers in your room. - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees will be applied $10. - There shall not be smoking inside the home. although the balcony area is not included in your stay or as a reviewable area you can smoke outside. Extra cleaning fees $25 to remove odor and stains in your room may apply. Trash bags must be disposed of in the garbage bins, conveniently located next to the parking area of the aprt. close the BEDROOM and BATHROOM doors Main door stays OPEN but the GATE is closed with its lock. DO NOT MOVE THE SHOWER HEAD. NO DRUGS - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
