Our brand new apartment was thoughtfully designed to create an efficient and comfortable space to enjoy our wonderful town and all of the nearby attractions. It is located in Glenwood Springs' best location and the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is very tastefully appointed with all the amenities you could desire. It is centrally located walking distance to downtown, the Glenwood Hot Springs, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, the Glenwood Adventure Park, Two Rivers Park and nearby trails and parks. The space The home has a comfortable living area on the main floor with the kitchen, dining are, and living space all combined with direct access from the garage and street. The bedrooms are upstairs - a primary suite with attached bathroom has gorgeous furniture and bright south facing windows looking at the mountains make this a fantastic place to call home on your stay in Glenwood. The second bedroom is also on the second floor and is a beautiful space with bright light, nice windows, and a comfortable brand new bed. Dogs are welcome with the 100.00 pet fee per visit, sorry NO CATS or other type of animals. Permit 23-006 Guest access Guests have complete access to the unit and the garage. Other things to note The unit is on the street side of the complex for easy access and privacy
