The space Open floor concept, great for small family and business gatherings. Bright and natural light throughout. 4 bedrooms with 1 King bed and 3 Queen beds. The Primary Suite with King bed is on the main level, first floor. The 3 bedrooms with Queen beds are on the second floor. All four closets are available for use during your stay. We also have a Full size sleeper sofa in the Study, 2 deluxe Queen air mattresses for set up in the Flex Space, a large sectional sofa in the Living Room as well as an additional sofa in the TV Room. The Study and TV Room have doors for added privacy. Plenty of room for 12 guests. 6 parking spaces available, please message if you will need additional parking. *While we are a dog friendly property, we do require pre-approval for all dogs. There is a one dog max rule. Pet cleaning fee applies at $150 per visit. No puppies permitted. No cats permitted. *Please note, we allow commercial photography but extra fees do apply. Must have pre-approval before booking for any type of photography/commercial use. Guest access Whole house access except for walkout lower level suite. Other things to note Home is on a main street close to everything. You will hear cars and planes occasionally. Small gym is available for adult use with waiver. Neighborhood is walkable.
