The house is a split level, which makes it ideal for two families or groups to share. An outdoor patio and wraparound deck awaits guests on warm summer days or cool fall nights! The home is central to everything Oxford has to offer, yet extremely private with a large backyard and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. You will be amazed how serene it is while still being so close to everything! Light spills in during the day! Watch beautiful sunsets at dusk and view the stars from the large picture windows at night! * Upon entering the Main Floor, you will come to a fully stocked kitchen with marble countertops, top of the line appliances and everything you need to cook at home! There is a breakfast bar with stools for two. * Off the kitchen is a dining room with a table with seating for eight. There is a coffee and wine bar, stocked with all your coffee essentials. * The raised Main Floor Living Room has lots of seating with a fold out sofa futon for one and a large pull out chair (suitable for a child to sleep). Take in the beautiful views from the large picture windows, you may even spot a RedHawk and there are always plenty of deer! * On the raised Main Floor you will find a Bunk Room with two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a 1/2 Bathroom right off the Bunk Room. There is also a small workspace in the Bunk Room. * On the Ground Floor you will find a HUGE Master Bedroom with a King Size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The Master has a large sitting room suitable for an air mattress or pack and play (pack and play is provided upon request). The Master Bedroom also has its own patio. * On the Ground Floor there is a second King Bedroom with a Full Bathroom right next to it. * There is a third Full Bathroom on the ground floor, perfect for those guests using the Main Floor Bunkroom! Guest access You will receive a code for the keypad on the door the evening before your arrival. The keypad is on the side door under the Carport. NOT the front door. Other things to note ************** Parties, get-togethers, events or more guests than the reservations were made to accommodate are not permitted under any circumstances. Family lives behind the property and it will be brought to our attention with the possibility of a cancelled reservation if this rule is broken. * Guests will be provided with all linens, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The kitchen has all the amenities to cook at home. There is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig available for your use. We do permit one air mattress to be brought in. * Two of the three bedrooms are King size suites! We visit other AirBnb's often; this is a rarity. Most bedrooms are Queen size or smaller. * A TV is in every bedroom and the Living Room. We do not have cable TV. The TV's are set up for guest access and you can use your subscriptions for Spectrum TV, DirectTV, Netflix, etc. We do have an Amazon Prime Video account on each TV, where you have access to our purchased movies and Amazon Prime free videos. * There is no outdoor grill on the property. No grills, smokers or outdoor cooking devices are permitted to be brought in by guests. **** We do recommend travel insurance for all our guests. We do not give refunds for sickness for you or anyone in your family, weather related emergencies, cancelled flights, University event cancellations or any other instance that is beyond our control as the homeowner.
