Effective January 1st 2025 the pool will be shared with the downstairs unit. This unit is located on the second floor overlooking Corpus Christi bay. Across Cole Park-Sea Wall (pets and children friendly) 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 4 beds(1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Queen Sofa beds.) Lounge in the front porch and enjoy spectacular bay view! Large back yard with a large inground pool, gazebo, and covered porches for the pm sun. Come make wonderful memories in this beautiful home. The space This is a separate 2/2 upstairs of 1500 sqft. Modern European style décor throughout. Open-concept kitchen with a wine cooler cabinet. Large backyard and your own private pool. Total 2 beds and 2 sofa beds. Main bedroom-1 King bed. Second bedroom-1 Queen bed. Living room -1 Queen Sofa bed. Sun room - 1 Queen Sofa bed. Parking up to 4 cars in the drive way, behind a gate. We do have an induction stove and the proper pans for use along with baking sheets and Tupperware to help with any cooking needs. There is a wide range of spices for cooking but please consider bringing your favorite ones to cook with. There is also a bbq pit with utensils on the back patio. We do provide coffee ( Folgers) and the filters so you can enjoy a good pot of coffee while looking out to the bay. The coffee maker is equipped for the use of pods if you prefer to bring your own favorite coffee. Guest access Effective January 1st 2025 both upstairs and downstairs will have access to the pool. Full access to Unit 2_DOS (Upstairs) including backyard and private pool. Private Pool is not available to UNIT 1_UNO (Downstairs). If both Units are booking together for the same party, then the pool would be accessible to Unit 1_UNO also.
