Licensed B&B w/ Pool on Beach Road Captain's Quarters comprises entire 3rd floor of BnB house, full kitchen, dining, living, powder and and master bedroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Suite has a queen and 2 fold away beds. Features sundecks with ocean views. Shared BnB kitchen and sitting area downstairs, snacks all day, a light continental breakfast, and afternoon happy hour with wine and snacks. Private pool for guests and is a very short walk to beach access. The space Pierhouse B&B is centrally located in the Outer Banks on the beach road across the street from the ocean. Less than 1 mile from Wright Brothers Memorial, 8 miles from Jockeys Ridge, 17 miles from Roanoke Island. Avalon Pier, restaurants, shopping and beach access all within easy walking distance. There are 5 suites available to in Pierhouse B&B, with total recommend capacity in the house of 15 people. 3 suites are on 2nd floor (Pier View, Pier Breeze and Deckside), with a small apartment downstairs (Sea Level) and a large suite encompassing the entire 3rd floor (Captain's Quarters). There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom on ground floor available to all guests, as well as laundry facilities on 2nd floor available for guest use after 4 pm. Each room has it's own bathroom en suite, smart TV and WiFi access. In the B&B kitchen on the ground floor, we offer a light continental breakfast each morning, and happy hour with wine and snacks each afternoon. Guest access Captain's Quarters is a large suite encompassing the entire 3rd floor and includes is a private bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, full living, kitchen and dining, and large decks and balcony with ocean and sunset views. There is a shared common space downstairs with a kitchen and living room, and the pool is also shared with other guests. During your stay There are five spaces available for rent in the house, with a max occupancy of up to 15 people total. We typically have staff visit the house several times daily. We will respect your privacy during your stay, but you may meet other guests, our staff, or the owner in common spaces. Other things to note Captain's Quarters is located on the entire 3rd floor of the house, and can be accessed at the foot of the stairs in 2nd floor hallway.
