Bring your boat and have full access to our boat ramp or fish off one of the docks. 2 kayaks will also be available to explore the rocky shoals. The space This is a cozy little 400 square feet home that has everything you need for a relaxing stay. This is a small area and 4 guest is the maximum. No other guest will be permitted on property. This property is not safe for small children under 12 and I have started enforcing this rule due to the safety of the area and insurance If any house rules pertaining to, but not limited to, no smoking and/or no permitted parties/events, amount of guest ,are not followed, you will owe a minimum $200 fee for cleaning or replacing damages. Guest access This property has a private patio and has 2 boat docks and a boat ramp that will only be shared with a couple of other RV rental guest. Other things to note We have 250 feet of waterfront property looking at shoal creek and enjoy sharing this beautiful location with others. The properties here in this area are private and the access road can be a bit rough so watch out for some pot holes especially after a big rain, drive slowly
