The master suite has its own bath, balcony, kitchen and entrance. The 2nd bedroom has its own entrance, bath & balcony and use of the roof top kitchen. Both units have wifi, smart t.v.'s and AC's. Upper independent portion of the villa can offer 2 bedroom suites, each with own entry, bathroom and balcony. This level has 2 fully equipped kitchens, one in master suite and one on roof top terrace. The home itself has 4 levels. All bedrooms have their own private entrance, own bathroom, and balcony & the common area is the roof top terrace. 1st: Street level & entrance to Villa 2nd: Main kitchen area with bar, dining area, living area & garden area & garden suite which is the owner's level. 3rd; 2 Large Bedroom suites, each w/ their own private entrance, bathroom, balcony, bed & sofa bed. One bedroom suite has a King bed and a kitchenette. The other bedroom suite has a Queen bed plus sofa bed. 4th: Large partially shaded roof top terrace area offers a fully equpped kitchen and seating. The roof top has magnificent views in all directions. Chacala is 40 minutes drive north of Sayulita. It is the most beautiful settled beach town and area I have been to in Mexico. Levels are as follow: 1st level offers: entrance to the villa and a street level studio with its own entrance which normally rents long term; 2nd level offers: the main kitchen/ bar, dining and living area plus villa's garden and owner's bedroom suite, the garden suite. 3rd level offers: master suite, (which has a fully equipped kitchenette) with its own entry, bathroom and balcony. And 4th level, which is a common area: The Villa's roof top terrace with fully equipped outdoor kitchen and small BQ, which lends itself as a sunning area and/or reading area. Each bedroom suite, no matter its level, is very large and each has its own bathroom and a private balcony.
