This is a private room in the first floor of a townhouse WITH A TASTE OF A COMPLETE PRIVATE PLACE. Very close to NYC. 3-5 minutes walking distance to 162, 163 and 165 express bus to NYC and to the train station that takes you to Secaucus and Hoboken. You will get with the room a dedicated bathroom, dining area, access to the backyard. Please note that, pets, smoking, drinking, partying are NOT allowed. Guest access Our guests are welcome to access the first floor bedroom, first floor bathroom, first floor dining area, the laundry room, the backyard and the lawn only. Our guests are NOT allowed to access, without permission, the Garage, the boiler closet and the staircase closet, the second or the third floor of the house. However, if the guest needs anything, he/she can ask for it and we will happily bring it to him/her. Other things to note Our home is a conservative one. We are a very kind, quiet and helpful family. I promise you will feel home, but We expect our guest to follow the rules and help to maintain our house privacy.
