The space This private home has been restored with unique modern touches of the Mexican culture. If you are looking for a beautiful and a pleasant experience CASA MAYA is for you. It has 4 master suites with 3 king size beds and a queen bed with high quality memory foam mattresses. Private swimming pool HEATED with solar panels so you can enjoy the pool anytime. WATER: I have a water filtration system and a water softener throughout the whole house. In addition, there is a water purification system for the kitchen. Which is connected to the refrigerator. The ice and water of the refrigerator is safe to drink. Also, the water that comes out of the small faucet on the kitchen sink it is safe to drink. Please Note: No smoking in the house. The house is not suitable for small children. No pool handrails and no railings in the hallway on second floor. Distances: Downtown Ajijic - 9 km/5.6miles Panchos Market Deli - 5.5km/3.4miles La Vita Bella Restaurant -1km/half a mile Monte Coxala Restaurant/spa -1km/half a mile Lucky Bar - 8.8km/4.5miles Guest access The keys will be in a lock box. Other things to note Casa Maya is in secure private gated community. The neighborhood has noise restriction policies. No loud music is allow between 10 pm and 9 am. Extra charge will apply if security comes to the house if the neighbors complain about the noise. There are no cameras inside house for the privacy of each of you. I only have a Ring Doorbell on the outside at entrance to the property for security. It faces the outside stairs to the street. An a Ring Camera in the Garage. The house has AC units in every single room of the house. The AC units are only available during the summer end of March to June. Rates will be a little higher due to the higher cost of electricity. NOTE: The summing pool is heated with solar panels. During the winter the water won't be able reach the desired water temperature.
