Even if you don’t rent the entire villa, your group would be the only one staying at the house (the unused bedrooms would remain closed) The rental rate of Azul Profundo includes 3-4 staff members. The team entails a chef, 1-2 servers, (one of whom is a great bartender) and the head housekeeper for daily cleaning services. We offer the preparation of 2 meals per day (usually breakfast and dinner). The groceries are done daily (except for Sundays) to maintain the food fresh and properly stored; we upfront the money for the first groceries and once at the villa the staff gives the receipts to reimburse what was spent. The payments for food & drinks must be done in cash since we don’t have any CC terminal at the house. Our groups tend to spend around USD 20 per guest per day including the 2 meals and light drinks. Please notice this can easily variate according to the quantity/quality of liquor. The first day it is always the most expensive day, since a big quantity of liquor is usually ordered, and it is included more food for welcome snacks. Besides the cost of the food/drinks, there is a daily fee for purchasing the food and drinks of USD 20 (or MXN 400) to the person that does the groceries, and it includes all the trips to the stores to get your food/drink orders, fruits and vegetables, fish, meats etc.
