The space This home is a home I grew up which was built in 1980 from the ground up. I know first hand the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s perfect for your short or long term stay whether it’s for business or pleasure. It’s located on a corner lot with a fenced in back yard where you can sit relax, grill , listen to music and enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee. The neighborhood is located near all major highways and easy access to Clinton Ms area. Guest access Guest will enjoy the entire house to yourself. Each bedroom is spacious with a queen size beds with plenty of drawer and closet space. TVs are a must with Roku and local channels. This home has great climate control with customs windows added to keep out unwanted drafts …… cool in the summer and warm and toasty in the winter. We’ve added fresh paint throughout the home , new light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. We just added new floors and new appliances. Other things to note You won’t be disappointed lodging at The Tiger Den because the minute you step in I promise you’ll notice a fresh clean ambiance where you can sense a southern hospitality greatness which we definitely strive for. There’s plenty of pots and pans, eating utensils, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, oven and an eating area inside and outside. There’s a laundry room for washing clothes. With this location whether it’s a long or short term stay I can guarantee a nice rating.
