Regulation-sized ping pong table The space The open concept great room features a large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an island and barstools. Our brand new 65" smart TV and fireplace are the focal points of the living room. The TV has AirPlay to cast from your phone or Mac for your enjoyment if you just want to catch up after a day on the slopes or sunbathing by the private pool. The three bedrooms have all new furniture and medium firmness memory-foam mattresses with Egyptian sheets and luxurious bedding (and lots of throw pillows!) The primary bathroom is private and attached to the bedroom with one King bed. It has a large shower with two seats, a huge soaking tub and two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two queens. Those bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a half bath and free (yay!) laundry in the mudroom off the kitchen. We also have a folding queen sized mattress for an extra person. Regulation-sized ping pong table in the basement playroom with flat screen TV w/ Airplay, large and cozy sectional couch for an extra place for the kids. Guest access You will have access to the entire first floor of the property as well as the basement. Other things to note There is a pond on the property so if you bring your children, they must be supervised at all times when outside. There is no fence around the pond. THERE IS NO SWIMMING IN THE POND ALLOWED. Also NO SKATING OR WALKING ON THE POND. The above-ground pool has a ladder which lifts up and latches shut.
