Welcome to RoJo’s Riverside Retreat, where there are so many things for you to do! The home has 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is one full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. A gas fireplace to stay cozy. Explore the river, enjoy a bonfire, and take in the spectacular view! The Border to Border (B2B) Trail is just a short walk or bike ride away. While you’re enjoying the large patio soaking in the view and the sunshine, there is a hot tub for you to melt your stress away. The space We are renting out the upper level of our house/duplex. We live in the lower unit. Each unit has private, separate entry. The patio overlooks the beautiful Huron River right in downtown Dexter. The house is located just half a block to the historic Dexter Cider Mill (seasonal). It is just a short walk (1/4 mile) to downtown Dexter for coffee, brew pubs, restaurants, and shops. The B2B trail to Dexter-Huron Metro Park is just two blocks away. Bring your canoe, kayak, paddle board, or tube to explore on the Huron River Water Trail. Skips Livery is also an option to provide you with a relaxing day on the river. The Encore Theater is a wonderful venue for musical theater lovers to take in a show. The house is just 8.5 miles from the University of Michigan Stadium.
