Just a short drive away from the bustling Willemstad, you'll have easy access to the vibrant city life, yet be far enough to relish in the serenity of your private oasis on the resort or enjoy the Jan Thiel Beach area. Other things to note ⛔️ Smoking inside is not allowed. 🤫 After 10 p.m., neighbors are expected to take noise into account. 💵 A payment request for $250 will be sent before arrival, which serves as a deposit. ⚡️ When returning the deposit, overusage of electricity will be deducted, to prevent unnecessary electricity consumption. ($0,60 per KwH) The rental rate includes 5 kWh per person per day for standard energy usage. 🧹Additional cleaning services An intermediate cleaning ($75) is mandatory for stays exceeding 7 nights. Additional cleaning costs due to factors like leaving the BBQ dirty, smoking indoors, or leaving the accommodation excessively untidy will also be deducted from the deposit. 🚘 If you want to rent a car, feel free to reach out, we are happy to help. 🚕 No stress upon arrival or departure? Let us take your worries away by arranging a taxi from and/or to the airport ✈️ The cost for this is $55 one way up-to 4 persons. 🧾 Refund Process The remaining deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after check out and upon completion of an inspection by our cleaning staff to assess any damages and calculate charges for excess energy usage and interim cleaning.
