Supplementary twin bed with trundle on one of the rooms. In the living room, there is a sofa couch with a pull out bed. There is a bar counter, bar stools, dining table and chairs, exercise room, bathroom, fireplace, and kitchenette with coffee maker. Free k-cups, cream and sugar. Access and free to use washer and dryer indoor laundry in the unit. Free use of the gunite pool with large pool terrace that has a pergola, lounge chairs, and sunbrellas. Free to use outdoor kitchen with grill, mini fridge, sink and travertine countertop. Free to use 2 canoes to explore the Locklin lake near the property and catch some fish! If interested, host can provide a projector and screen to watch movies outdoors by the pool. Ask the host for projector, screen and speaker. Guest access Guest(s) stays at the unit in the bottom level of the house and can use spaces except the closet by the refrigerator and utility room behind the room divider at the laundry room. Guest(s) have access to the swimming pool and pool deck, can use bbq grill, and pergola. Guest(s) can use canoes to go boating at the lake by the property. No entry or access to the pool pump and maintenance supply room. No entry or access to the upper level of the house. No entry or access to the garage and on the back of the garage. Other things to note Please note that host live upstairs and there will be unavoidable noise from time to time. Host will try to control the noise so guest will have a relaxing stay. On the other hand, Host will not mind any noises from guests downstairs as long as it is not too loud that will disturb the nearby neighbors. Hosts have 3 outdoors cats that like attention from the guests. If you have cat allergies, please beware. Swimming Pool might be shared with others during your stay. Pool time is from 9:00 am to 11 pm only. Swimming Pool Safety Instructions: 1. Walk, don’t run. Slipping on wet concrete is a real concern and serious injuries can result. 2. No diving in the shallow end. Diving injuries can have a lifetime of consequences. 4. No roughhousing. Drowning accidents can occur during rough play in the pool, especially with young children. No jumping on each other in the pool, or holding anyone underwater. 5. Don’t play around drains and covers. Never play near drains or suctions. 6. Never swim alone. No one should swim alone and children should absolutely never be left unsupervised in a pool, even if they are proven accomplished swimmers. 7. Sun safety is part of the deal. Always wear sunscreen when swimming outdoors and wear appropriate clothing poolside. This is especially important for kids. 8. Out of the pool and inside when storms threaten. Lightning can strike suddenly, even in the absence of rain or with blue sky visible. Take cover when a storm approaches and remain out of the water until at least 30 minutes after the last lightning is sighted or thunder heard. 10. Know how to respond in an emergency. Parents and caregivers should know basics of CPR and first aid. Always have a phone available. Children should be taught to notify an adult immediately if anyone is having difficulty in the water. Please be aware of the City of Milton Noise Ordinance: The permissible sound level in a residential area in Milton is 60 decibels between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. on non-holiday weekends, according to the city's code of ordinances. The allowable level is 55 decibels between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. in residential areas on non-holiday weekends CANOE SAFETY TIPS: TO GET INTO YOUR CANOE: HAVE SOMEONE HOLD THE CANOE STEADY - you don't want to tip the canoe before you even get out on the water! CROUCH LOW - keep your knees bent and GRAB THE SIDES OF THE CANOE FOR BALANCE as you walk to your seat ALWAYS WALK ALONG THE CENTER - keeping your feet on the centerline will help keep the canoe from rocking. STAY LOW - do not stand up or walk in your canoe when you are away from shore. AVOID SUDDEN OR JERKY MOVEMENTS - rocking from side to side could cause the canoe to tip over. ALWAYS SIT ON THE SEATS OR IN THE CENTER OF THE CANOE - sitting on the side of a canoe will cause it to tip over. DO NOT CANOE IN BAD WEATHER. Early Check-In and Late Check-out. There is a charge for early check-in or late check out and must be pre-arranged. Events/Party It must be approved by the host. If booking for an event or party, and planning to invite people to attend in addition to the allowed guests (max 8), please let the host know the nature of the event and how many people are coming to attend the party. There will be an extra fee per person that attends the party or event. Please note that the Swimming Pool can only handle up to 13 to 15 people at any given time. Also, party visitors must not sleep in the unit at nighttime. Only registered guests is allowed to sleep at the unit. Music and party should end at 11 pm. You must clean up your PARTY trash and put trash into trash bags. Otherwise, there will be an extra fee for party trash and clean-up.
