The space The Sunset Residence is located high on a 1.3 mile wide strip of Long Island that presents dramatic views of the rugged East Coast ('Nor'side') and the tranquil "Caribbean" side ('So'side'). It's Stella Maris location makes it easily possible to visit many of Long Island's sites and beaches with just a short drive. OR, one can just "be", relaxing on the private, large sundeck, watching sunrises, sunsets, and amazing stars. There are small beaches within walking distance. Guest access The Sunset Residence is in the heart of Stella Maris and is within walking distance of several beautiful beaches such as the Love Beaches. To visit, fly to Nassau and connect with Stella Maris Resort Air Service to Stella Maris. One can also fly on Bahamasair from Nassau to Deadmans Cay and drive a rental car to Stella Maris. Other things to note Our precious water supply is rainwater; we ask you to aid us with wise conservation.
