Guest access The front door works off a keyless entry system. The code will be given to confirmed guests prior to check-in. A key will be provided to access the laundry room for guests staying longer than 3 nights. Other things to note - Parking is provided directly in front of the home in the driveway, space for 2 cars. Street parking is also allowed. Guests will not have access to the garage. - Laundry is located in a separate private room in the garage. The garage does not have direct access into the house. - No pets allowed to include service animals due to health concerns posed to the owner and other family members. -Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. - Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am - No unauthorized guests: unapproved guests are subject to an additional fee per guest -No parties, no gatherings, absolutely no smoking inside or outside the premises, no pets. Additional fees will apply if these rules are not observed.
