There are 2 beaches walking distance. No parties or visitors. The space This Villa is in a remote area, but the payoff is well worth, the area is for nature lovers and travelers that appreciate uncrowded places, quite and authentic Mexican beaches. We can arrange a cook for you if needed. Cleaning staff are present at the villa at all times. If rented for over a week, there will be an extra charge for cleaning lady. You can inquire about renting all or only part of the house. Other things to note Best way to get there is to rent a car or take a taxi. No public transportation or commercial areas around. But Huatulco, Mazunte, Zipolite are not far by car.
