Second Bathroom: Walk in shower, luxury Hawaiian bath products, single sink vanity, and toilet. Lanai: Ocean view, shaded, and a dining table for 4 people. We do have beach gear for your use consisting of chairs, umbrella, and a cooler(NO snorkel gear). Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well. NO PARKING FEES & NO RESORT FEES! The owner pays the resort fee as an Aloha gift. We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered. Kamaole Sands also features 4 tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in programs, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. The courts are in great shape. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with no charge for balls. Parking is in a free, private, and well-lit parking lot with security. Wi-Fi available in most areas around the resort and a cyber cafe is in the lobby. Kam Sands activity area includes ping pong, foosball, and other games. There is also a free lending library and free Maui News newspaper available daily at the pool. Every Wednesday, Kam Sands also hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
